Happy Birthday Donald!!

So hows about a nice family vacation to Cedar City , Utah. I'm thinking maybe some time this summer we could coordinate a trip to the cabin. There's plenty to do around there- fish, hike, see a movie etc. The kids would love hanging out together and I don't think we'd go too crazy 'cause we could send them outside. Anyhoo think about it and we'll see. We can even hike to that little waterfall Jason is promoting above.

Dinner anyone?

We should try to have an adult dinner before we get together with all the little one for July 4th, which I hear is at or house since Duff is still all gimped up.  Anyone want to get together?

We heard from my cousin's uncle's stepsister's hairdresser that Duff lost his leg in a tragic ten story fall on a job near the Hoover Dam. Our prayers and thoughts are with him and we'll be hosting a candlelight vigil in his honor soon. Just joking Duff, we love ya...Geritol's in the mail.

All Screwed Up

Well here is my first post just to let you know how screwed up the Stewarts are. Yesterday morning Duff was at work and fell into a BBQ and landed on his hip. He broke his hip and had to have surgery on it last night. The Dr. had to put 3 screws in his hip to stabilize it. The procedure went well but we we only know after 6-8 weeks if the blood vessels will take. The doctor said he should be home in 2 days. He'll be haning out at home for 6-8 weeks recouping because he won't be able to put weight on the injury.

Meanwhile, Suz and Chewy will be STRESSED to the max trying to do all the stuff Duff does in a day. Hopefully all will be good and Duff can run A-1 Swimming Pool tile from his command center downstairs via his bedside.

I'll call you all later but just wanted to give some a heads up and once he is home feel free to visit. Especially come week 4 or 5 so we don't end up filing for divorce!!
